Life can certainly be stressful, however, we do not have to go through it alone. Together, we can work on overcoming the challenges that are preventing you from feeling your best. By using a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to your specific needs, we will develop coping skills, understand emotional triggers, and discover ways to effectively manage your struggles – known and unknown. Additionally, we will work together to find honest, positive meaning from your experiences so that you can move forward with courage and resilience.
I offer a compassionate foundation for understanding clients’ mental health concerns and utilize psychodynamic theory to understand any old relational patterns that continue to be an obstacle to growth. I also work with clients from a somatic psychology perspective to build a language for understanding anxiety, depression, and other emotional experiences.
Should you feel that my services would be beneficial to you, please don’t hesitate to reach out and see if we would be a good fit! Take care and be kind to yourself today.
