Life can feel like a roller coaster — full of unexpected twists, steep drops, and highs. Sometimes those twists can throw us off balance, leaving us feeling lost, stuck, or unsure of how to navigate the next turn. If you’re struggling to find your way through the ups and downs, I’m here to help guide you through.
I’m Maggie, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate. My approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, meaning that together, we’ll focus on what works best for you. We’ll collaborate to find strategies and solutions that feel right for your journey.
I specialize in helping adults navigate challenges such as Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, Trauma, and Life Transitions. No matter where you find yourself on this ride, I’m committed to supporting you every step of the way.
I have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego and a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Seattle University. My interest in the human mind began 10 years ago and drove me to pursue a helping role in which I could directly assist others in improving their mental well-being and quality of life.
My therapeutic approach is eclectic, grounded in trauma-informed care and attachment theory. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment where you can process client’s experiences at their own pace. Together, we will identify patterns, build insight, and develop practical tools to help you navigate challenges, strengthen resilience, and support meaningful change.
