Furthermore, I embrace the value and teaching of Carl Roger’s unconditional positive regard; which means I fully accept you as you are in an authentic and nonjudgmental way. In addition, I approach my work with the mindset of maintaining cultural humility, empathy and compassion during each conversation and interaction. My ultimate hope for our time together is to create a safe space that nurtures genuineness, trust, transparency, and holistic practices through collaborative efforts.

I firmly believe that together we can create real and long lasting positive changes to your mental health and overall wellness. I look forward to connecting with you and learning more about you and if we would be the right fit.
