Being human is a strange and beautiful experience. We find ourselves here, in these bodies, navigating an ever-changing world while carrying our stories, emotions, relationships, hopes, and fears. Alongside moments of joy and connection, we also experience the ache, uncertainty, fear, and profound pain that come with being alive—the questions and complexities of what it means to be human. These experiences do not mean something is wrong with us; they are part of our shared human experience. Life can be beautiful, messy, confusing, heartbreaking, and deeply meaningful—sometimes all at once. When the weight of being alive feels overwhelming, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
My intention is to create a space where you can show up as your authentic self—without judgment or pressure to be anything different. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and I’m here to support you as we explore what feels heavy, reconnect with your inner wisdom and strength, and move toward a life that feels more meaningful and aligned with who you are.
My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and rooted in compassion. I honor the whole person—their experiences, emotions, relationships, body, values, and the stories that shape them. I incorporate whole-person and body-based approaches to support deeper connection, healing, and awareness of the ways our bodies hold and communicate our experiences. I believe in the healing power of connection, nature, and creative expression.
I work with adults (18+) navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, self-worth, chronic pain, identity, neurodivergence, and life transitions. I’m passionate about creating an inclusive, affirming space for people of all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences, including LGBTQIA+ people. I strive to honor the ways systems of oppression and inequity shape our experiences, while holding space for the grief, anger, and complexity that can come with living within these systems. I support clients in exploring what is within their control while honoring the realities they navigate.
I also enjoy supporting neurodivergent adults in exploring their unique ways of experiencing and navigating the world, including sensory sensitivities, communication, emotions, and processing styles. I support clients in moving away from the pressure to mask or “normalize” themselves and toward honoring who they are while creating systems, routines, and environments that support their needs.
Healing isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about having a space to explore, grow, and feel supported along the way. If it feels like we’re a good fit, I’d be honored to support you on your journey.
