Life can take many twists and turns, and therapy can be a place for you to honor your needs along your path. My therapeutic focus is providing care to clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, chronic pain, complex trauma, and abuse. I tailor a personalized care plan because everyone heals differently. Using a person-centered trauma-informed approach I work with adults ages 18+, specializing with women and gender nonconforming individuals. The main modalities I utilize are art therapy tools, mindfulness, boundary setting, somatic skills, building a sense of self, and learning advocacy.
I have an anti-abIeist background and often work with neurodivergent individuals coping with symptoms of burnout and executive functioning challenges. I believe that we all have strengths, and it is important to foster individuality and honor all ways of thinking.
Therapeutic work can be just as rewarding as it is challenging. I consider therapy a form of self-care and medicine. I look forward to connecting with you, learning your story, and collaborating to build a safe environment that embodies your individualized wellness journey.
