It takes courage to reach out for support and I’m so glad you’re here. I work with adults and teens navigating a range of concerns, including disordered eating, body image, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and the effects of trauma. My approach is collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing looks different for everyone.

I tailor my approach by drawing from various modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and parts work to meet you where you are at. Throughout our lives we are shaped by our experiences. Together we will explore working towards new ways of thinking, relating, and understanding your inner world.

My goal is to create a space that encourages curiosity, self-compassion, and helps you build a life that feels manageable and meaningful. If my approach resonates with you, I would be honored to walk alongside you in your therapeutic journey.
