I believe therapy should be collaborative, individualized, and grounded in a genuine understanding of each person’s unique story. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe exploring challenges, building on their strengths, and working toward meaningful change. I work with youth and adults navigating a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, self-esteem, identity development, and life transitions.

My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), and mindfulness-based interventions. Together, we can identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical coping strategies, strengthen self-compassion, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with your values and goals.

Before entering the counseling field, I earned a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and worked in higher education and professional recruiting. These experiences deepened my understanding of career development, identity formation, and the challenges that can accompany major life transitions. I particularly enjoy supporting young adults and adults who are navigating career changes, questions of purpose, professional uncertainty, or other significant transitions and are seeking greater clarity, confidence, and fulfillment.

I am also passionate about supporting individuals throughout the perinatal journey. Pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, fertility challenges, birth trauma, pregnancy loss, and the transition into parenthood can bring both joy and unexpected emotional challenges. Whether you are navigating a difficult life transition, adjusting to parenthood, or simply seeking support during a challenging season, I look forward to providing a compassionate space where you can feel understood, supported, and empowered to move toward healing and growth.
