Sometimes, despite your best efforts, you find yourself feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in patterns that no longer serve you. You may be carrying responsibilities for everyone around you, navigating difficult relationships, struggling with anxiety or stress, or simply feeling exhausted from trying to hold it all together. Even when you’re insightful, capable, and doing everything you can to move forward, lasting change can feel just out of reach.

Many of the ways we learn to cope develop for good reasons. Experiences within our families, relationships, and larger environments shape how we see ourselves, connect with others, and respond to challenges. When you’ve spent years prioritizing the needs of others, striving for achievement, or protecting yourself from hurt, it can be difficult to recognize and honor your own needs. These patterns may have helped you survive, but they can also leave you feeling stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about how to create the life and relationships you truly want.

I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families who are navigating life’s challenges, including trauma, relationship difficulties, parenting concerns, emotional stress, and major life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed, systemic, and client-centered, meaning we explore not only what you’re experiencing but also how your relationships, family dynamics, and life experiences have influenced your journey. Together, we’ll uncover patterns with curiosity rather than judgment while building practical tools that support meaningful, lasting change.

I strive to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. Therapy with me is collaborative and grounded in trust. I believe you are the expert on your own experience, and my role is to walk alongside you with compassion, guidance, and respect for your unique strengths and goals. Whether we’re processing past wounds, strengthening relationships, or developing new ways of coping, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you.

My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you can reconnect with yourself, deepen your understanding of who you are, and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships. Healing doesn’t require perfection, it begins with having a space where all parts of you are welcome.

If you’re ready to take that next step, I would be honored to support you. Together, we can create a path toward greater clarity, connection, resilience, and lasting growth.
