My name is Lizzie Stryker. I’m a licensed mental health counselor associate and I am also an experienced and nationally accredited Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor. Through my combined experiences of counseling and therapy work I offer support through various challenges and periods of change including grief, depression, anxiety, work stress, burnout, various trauma, struggling with self-worth, feelings of hopelessness, interpersonal difficulty, and times of uncertainty.

I have professional experience working with neurodiverse children and adults, individuals of the LGBTQIA+ community, injured workers, and BIPOC.

I draw upon Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, humanistic person center, and strength based therapy in my work. I believe that together, we can create real and long lasting positive changes to your mental health and life.

I value the idea of “right fit” between therapist and client. I want to support you to the best of my abilities as the right therapist for you. I strive to create a safe space based on trust, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard, and genuine care. I believe in working as a collaborative team as we come together to achieve your therapy goals.
