I believe each person holds a unique inner wisdom and an inherent capacity for healing and growth. My goal as a therapist is to offer you a supportive and compassionate space that allows you to tap into your innate wisdom and capacity for transformation. My approach is collaborative, relational and explorative. I incorporate therapeutic techniques that center curiosity, mindful awareness, and a body-centered approach.
I have training in Hakomi Mindfulness Somatic Therapy and utilize Internal Family Systems techniques. I recognize the body as a valuable source of information and a powerful site of transformation. I see mindfulness as a supportive tool for understanding and becoming present with ourselves.
I enjoy working with clients who are curious about their experiences and who are ready to experience more spaciousness, self-compassion and ease in their lives. As a queer identified person, I especially enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ clients. I work from a trauma-informed, systemic, Health At Every Size®, and social justice informed lens.
