In-Person Therapy

I believe connection is the energy of life.

Whether it is intimacy with a loved one, the tender bond of family, spiritual connection with the Creator, insightful relationship with self, or avoidance of connection, it affects everyday life.  As a result, I trust in the power of therapeutic relationship. I work with you to discover your unique strengths and process your connections; empowering you to access healing and clarity. Together we will explore the internal and external messaging that keeps you from the progress you desire.

I have over 15 years of experience working with children, youth, and their families. I believe in the importance of childhood, adolescence, and parenthood. All of these seasons of life have a substantial impact on individuals and the community. I consider it a privilege to use my experience and knowledge and come alongside those in these populations. I also work with postpartum depression, grief, relationship complications, self-acceptance, life transitions, depression, anxiety, and trauma for individuals, couples, and families.

I have always been interested in how people think and begin my adult career with a Bachelors of Arts in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington. After years of working in marketing and public relations, I decided to use my interests and talents to support others in a greater scale and acquired my Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Saint Martin’s University in Lacey, Washington.

I grew up in Tacoma, Washington and have a special bond with the community and those surrounding it. If I need inspiration, I seek time in nature particularly around mountains and oceans. The magic of Disney still captures me, while I also enjoy independent and foreign films. Above all, I live for relationship with others. Sharing in people’s life journeys and stories is what brings me the most fulfillment and I look forward to the opportunity to share in yours.
