Being a human is tricky. Change. Pain. Uncertainty. Over time, these experiences can affect our sense of self and the way we experience life. It can be difficult to face the experiences and mental health challenges that are impacting you, but you are worthy of health and healing. And you don’t have to do it alone. I’d like to help.
Building a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship in which you feel seen and supported will be the bedrock of our work together. We will work together to restore your wellbeing, deepen your connection with yourself and others, and create a fulfilling life.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). IFS offers a compassionate framework for exploring your inner emotional landscape and strengthening your relationship with the parts of yourself that need attention and care. DBT can help you develop practical skills to understand and navigate emotions while cultivating greater acceptance of life’s challenges.
I have also completed Level 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy to support couples in deepening their mutual understanding of one another and the challenges that arise in relationships. In addition to working with couples, I work with adults experiencing life transitions, perinatal mood disorders, and OCD.
