Life is difficult – there are broken relationships, fears, anxieties, confusions, and questions of existence.

These are all very tough issues to grapple with on your own.  Teaming with an experienced, qualified counselor can make a world of difference as you try to make sense of the places of hurt and struggle that life presents.

Together we can explore healing and restoration with an approach that enables you to dig and discover meaning out of life’s complications so that we can address causes rather than just symptoms.

Space is limited as Bryce only takes on a handful of new clients every year so contact us today for an appointment and take the first step towards positive change in your life and relationships!

MISSION:
My goal is to provide caring, client‐centered, relation‐based therapy while never straying from my own values. I believe there is a strong spiritual aspect to most, if not all, problems we encounter in life.  In my experience, I have found that nearly all people who come to me have an existential question on who they are in the face of God (or a higher power).

I counsel in a non‐judgmental way and hope that you will find that I will not press my beliefs upon you, as I believe you are the center of the therapeutic time.

I have helped many people deal with marital problems, divorce recovery, issues of abuse, depression, job difficulties, and parenting problems.  I have been very blessed to be able to do what it is I feel called to do – to love people for a living.

THEORETICAL ORIENTATION:
My counseling style is very relationship based.  I believe that the client‐therapist relationship is a paramount building block to addressing your deep issues.  I do not believe in simply addressing the symptoms, rather I always choose to go to the core or genesis of what is causing the symptoms. I pull from the psychological models of psychodynamic, existential, and postmodern theories.  Additionally, I have considerable experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma‐Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF‐CBT), and Object Relations Theory.
