Online Therapy Options

You are so much more than what’s happened to you. When you’ve been through chronic stress, big transitions, grief, or trauma, you can feel stuck even when you know you have options. Maybe you’re someone who has done a lot of your own inner work already, either through therapy or on your own. You may have excellent insight but still feel bound by old patterns. Sometimes this can look like taking care of others while your own needs go unmet, feeling like your self-worth is tied to achievement, having unkind self-talk, repeating difficult relationship patterns, or numbing out and disconnecting when things get overwhelming. These are all deeply human, valid responses to pain AND you may be ready to explore what else is possible for you.

My approach to therapy is relational, integrative, and trauma-responsive. I deeply value the space co-created with each client. You will get thoughtful guidance and structure from me and at the same time, you will always have agency in our work. We will appreciate your inherent wisdom and strengths while we build new skills and capacities. I often use embodied approaches like somatic therapy, EMDR, Lifespan Integration, and parts work. Through these practices, you’re invited to have new experiences that help you make the kinds of changes you can feel in your life and relationships.

I have experience supporting LGBTQlA+ foIx, people of color, immigrants and children of immigrants, and neurodivergent people. All parts of you, including your identity and lived experiences, matter and will be held with humility and respect in our work together.

I love being a therapist and feel grateful that I get to do this for a living! I spent a decade in another career so making the transition to this work was a very intentional choice. Outside of work, I’m often spending time with my partner, our dog, and friends. I’m a PNW-enthusiast and moved here from the East Coast a couple of years ago for the amazing access to nature. I especially enjoy hiking and stand-up paddleboarding. I have a background in yoga and mindfulness and find these practices to be an anchor in my life.

While we may not be able to change where you’ve been, together we can work towards helping you find the freedom to choose your path forward. My clients often share that they begin to feel more authentic, self-trusting, self-compassionate, and capable of fulfilling relationships over time. If any of this resonates and you feel like we may be a good fit, I encourage you to reach out.
