Life can often feel hard and chaotic. Even knowing when to ask for help can be overwhelming. Reaching out for help to navigate challenges can be vulnerable and intimidating, and I recognize the strength it takes to explore therapy. Together we can collaborate on providing a safe space for you to explore and heal..
I welcome clients of all backgrounds, I enjoy working with foIks on the LGBTQAl2S+ spectrum, particularly with adoIescents and young aduIts. I have a natural ability to connect with authenticity and frequently support clients in managing anxiety, depression, building self-esteem, regulating emotions, navigating relationships, and adjusting to life transitions.
My therapeutic approach is shaped by each client’s intersectional identities, social contexts, and lived experience. I foster a space where we can be real with each other, working collaboratively to provide creative interventions while tailoring my approach to each individual’s needs. Together, we will identify patterns, build insight, and develop strategies so you feel safe and respected as you are. I use a strengths-based perspective to focus on your mental health and psychological flexibility rather than focusing on diagnosis and pathology.
My hope is to ease you through life’s transitions, help you discover your strengths, and better understand your own behaviors, relationships, and patterns. I believe in collective liberation, harm reduction, and trauma-informed care while recognizing the systems we all live within that create oppression.
If you would like to feel more authentic, navigate life with more comfort, and cultivate healthier relationships please reach out.
