In-Person Therapy

You deserve a space where you can breathe — where you feel truly seen, heard, and respected, exactly as you are. Whether you’re a young person navigating the challenges of growing up or an adult seeking a place to explore your identity and experiences, my hope is that you walk through my door and feel at home.

I work with children ages 10 and up, adolescents, and adults, with a particular passion for supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community. I believe that every person — regardless of age, identity, or background — deserves compassionate care that honors who they are and who they are becoming.

My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, meaning you are the expert on your own life. I’m here to walk alongside you, not to hand you a roadmap. Together, we move at your pace, toward the goals that matter most to you. I also incorporate art therapy into my work, offering a creative, expressive outlet for those who find that words alone don’t always capture what they’re carrying inside. Art can open doors that talking sometimes can’t — and that’s especially true for younger clients who are still finding their voice.

My office is a judgment-free zone. I am committed to creating an environment that is safe, peaceful, and inclusive — where children, teens, and adults can feel respected as the complex people they already are.

If you’re ready to take that first step, I’d be honored to take it with you.
