The world we live in is an ever changing and fast paced place that can often times add complexities to our lives, our relationships, our internal thoughts and emotions that we didn’t anticipate or were not ready for. In these times it can be helpful to seek therapy to have someone support your growth into the person you want to be in a respectful, empathetic, and judgment-free environment.
Every person has a unique story and life circumstances that brought them to the exact place they are at today. It is my goal to work collaboratively with you to uncover you personal truths and the messages in your story to create a new narrative that brings peace, joy, and understanding to your life free of the negative messages you may have been carrying around.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Seattle Pacific University and a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Lutheran University. These degrees allow me the flexibility to work with both adults and children in individual, couple, or group formats/sessions. Both traditional and nontraditional families such as polyamorous or found families are welcome. If someone is relevant to you, they are relevant to our work together. I hope I am the right therapist for you and look forward to collaborating with you on your journey.
