I absolutely love this clinic. I've been seeing my therapist for so many years now, I can't imagine what my life would've been like without her help. I love that we can do telehealth or in person appointments, and setting up appointments is really easy. I also have to give kudos to the billing department, I have always had such a positive experience working out payment plans and contacting them about insurance etc. They are professional, friendly, understanding, prompt with email responses and always there to help. Thank you Northwest counsel for have such a great team, I can't express enough how much of an impact you have collectively made on my life! You all have definitely made it worth it for me to pay out of pocket <3 thank you so much.

Great place. I found them through a psychology.com search. They connected me with an intern at a discounted rate. It’s exactly what I needed for the moment. The intern is wonderful. I’m grateful for the reply and the options that were given to me.

10/10 for my sessions, as far as the front desk/admin staff, I think in the 2 years ive gone ive maybe spoken to that team once. I don't mean that negatively I just have no reason, I come in and wait for my session in the lobby. My appointments and billing has always been correct i've never needed to escalate to that team.

I just had my first session yesterday and I’m very pleased. Everything from first contact from the office to scheduling to them selecting my counselor and also meeting with her has been very pleasant. At this stage, I would highly recommend this business.

I utilize the services of Kyoko Robertson. She is a very good therapist, I have had several in my life. Always on time with appointments, I receive reminder texts and emails. Overall very satisfied. I found this practice through a google search.

I’ve been working with my therapist, Alexi, through NW Council for several months and it has truly been a life-changing experience. She creates a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where I feel heard and understood. Their insights are thoughtful and practical, and they’ve helped me develop tools that I actually use in my daily life. She suggests and provides other therapeutic options that she is trained in that are much more useful than just talk therapy.

If you’re looking for someone who is compassionate, professional, and genuinely invested in your growth, I highly recommend them.
